We ship using USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex or DHL.

Extra Charges apply for Next Day, 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Air. Contact us for details.

Next Day and 2nd Day Air are not available on laundry products, liquids or items weighing over 20 pounds. 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air and Next Day orders must be placed by 1 P.M. Eastern time. Next day shipping is not available on weekends, but will go out Monday if the item is in stock. Your item will ship out Next Day if the item is in stock. If it is not in stock we will contact you by phone or email. Next Day, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Air will be shipped by UPS depending on the carriers pick up and delivery schedule. UPS does not deliver 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Air packages on weekends.

Undeliverable Address
If we receive a package back that states that the package was undeliverable due to the address. We will credit you back the full amount less the shipping charges.

Free shipping to all US continental 48 states only (On Orders over $50.00) except as indicated below.

Items will have a shipping charge i.e. washers, dryers, floor scrubbers and some large items these items will have a * beside them in the description.

Installation is not included on washers, dryers, and large appliances. Please contact our customer service department for a rate quote.

We will not re-ship or credit you for packages that have a delivery confirmation.

Returns

Please contact us about the item you wish to return most items are returnable. Please use contact us click here.
RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by e-mail within 10 days of receipt of the item at returns@hugolot.com for an authorization number BEFORE returning it. When you return the item, please return it at your expense in its original packaging. No refunds are available for used products, pet products, or certain personal items e.g. pillows, herbs, etc

Shipping Damage: If a product is damaged as a result of shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for instructions. Most transporters will require inspection of the item to determine if damage was a result of their handling.

Refunds: If you change your mind within the 10-day period, we will be happy to refund your purchase price less shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee on unused products only. Refused orders will not be refunded.

Exchanges Exchanges are made for the same item only.

Note Please check your products warranty, if any, as you may have certain rights and options under the warranty. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to absorb the cost of shipping the item back to us.
